What is your return policy?
We offer full refunds or exchanges if made within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Non-returnable items include Gift cards and Downloadable software products (if applicable).
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable). Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
How do I return an item?
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer; send an email to email@example.com and we will notify you of the address of the nearest collection point.
When returning an order, you must include the original invoice in the return package in order to properly receive a refund. Please make note of the Return Tracking Number in order to have proof of the return. We are not responsible for packages that are lost in transit on the way back to us.
If you completed your order as a guest, please contact Customer Service to start your return.
How do I exchange an item?
We do not offer exchanges.
When can I expect my refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 business days. The exact time frame will depend on your bank and Credit Card Company.
What if my items are damaged, defective, or incorrect?
If you have received damaged, defective or an incorrect item, contact support at support@gettingit4u and we will do our best to correct the issue.
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. We process and ship orders quickly (we’re fast!). Once our warehouse has processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes.
Please note that any orders that have already been packed or shipped cannot be canceled.
