When Will You Ship My Items?

Until your order has been processed and shipped you cancel it. After it has been processed it cannot be canceled.

Please make sure to provide the correct shipping address. Getting It cannot be held responsible for items shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer. In such cases, the buyer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees incurred to ship to the correct address.

In some cases, international shipments will require import/customs taxes to be paid. These will be the responsibility of the buyer under All Circumstances and Getting It will not be held responsible for these taxes.

When Will My Items Arrive?

Most orders arrive within 10-20 business days, except for international deliveries which vary by country. For some specialty and promotional items, delivery time can be up to 6 weeks depending on the locale from which it is being shipped.

Where Are My Items Coming From?

Most of our specialty items are located in Australia, United Kingdom, and China to reduce the cost of production and give our customers the most affordable deals on the planet!

Will My Items Be Sent In One Package?

Order Tracking

All orders will receive a tracking number via email once the order has been processed and shipped.

To track your order, we recommend using as it is the most reliable and up to date all-in-one package tracking website.


As the receiver, it is your sole responsibility to track your order and submit necessary requirements to the customs or courier.  If the order has been tagged as a return to sender or unsuccessful delivery due to the receiver not being able to follow-up; or if you have not submitted the necessary requirements or notification to the courier, we are not able to process any refund or replacement for free and you may need to place the order again.


Your local customs office may require additional documents and time to clear your package, which may delay the estimated delivery time.

Your order may be delivered to you by either the local post office or a local courier. Depending on your area, most orders will be delivered by your local post service, so the package will be received with your regular mail. If you are not home when the delivery is made, a notice card may be left by the postal service to advice on how and where your delivery can be collected.

Cancellation/ Changes

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately.  We process and ship orders quickly (we’re fast!).  Once our warehouse has processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes.

Shipping Duration


We ship our products worldwide from our international warehouses to cater to the demands of our worldwide customers. If an item is out of stock in one warehouse, we might have to ship from our international warehouses.

Due to factors that commonly affect international shipments, such as weather delays, holidays and customs inspections, we are unable to guarantee shipping times.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items.

We ship within 24-48 hours. Please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery in USA and 3-5 weeks for the rest of the world. In most cases, you will receive your item(s) earlier than expected. IMPORTANT: Although Getting It have your backs covered, we are not responsible if a package is undeliverable because of missing, incomplete, or incorrect destination information. We do our best to avoid errors by verifying the shipping information with every customer in the order confirmation sent immediately after purchase. Costs to reship the package in such cases will be invoiced to the customer.

Getting It is not responsible for destination country tax and/or duty charge that may be charged. Customers will be held accountable for any restrictions, duties, taxes, and any other fees collected from the destination country.  Getting It will not be held responsible for any Duties, Taxes, or Customs fees.

If the order arrives in your country and...

  • The customer refuses to accept the package
  • No attempt is made in the country of destination to deliver the package.
